At Bangili Nzuri, we endeavor to ensure that the price displayed for products on our website represents the current price for that particular item, except where noted otherwise. 

We always welcome custom orders. They are a hallmark of what makes Bangili Nzuri truly unique. With our meticulous attention to detail and desire to please every customer, we seek to personalize your bracelets to your specifications, using our outstanding designs and skilled craftsmanship.

Regarding custom orders, we cannot confirm the price of an item until we review your order request. Payment will not be due until after you have been informed of the price and have confirmed your intention to proceed with the purchase. Please note, there may be additional terms and conditions to be aware of when placing and agreeing to a custom order. 
Despite our best efforts, some of the items on our website may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you accordingly.

VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Stripe, Payoneer, or Paypal.

RETURN POLICY
We strongly encourage you to carefully read all product descriptions to ensure you fully understand the item(s) you are buying and that the item(s) will satisfy and meet your desired needs, requirements, and expectations. Please note, all items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Please ensure all measurements are accurate and the correct size is ordered. Due to the custom nature of our products, bracelets can not be exchanged or refunded due to incorrect sizing.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

An agreement for Bangili Nzuri to sell goods to you is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price, and applicable taxes are agreed on between you and Bangili Nzuri when an order is placed. You are responsible for shipping charges, packaging, freight, and/or insurance of your order as reflected in the order summary provided at checkout and for any additional customs or duty charges that may arise.

Placing an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and you may not change or cancel them. Bangili Nzuri reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of an offer or payment. Bangili Nzuri reserves the right to modify or cancel a promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Bangili Nzuri gift certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold, or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a gift certificate. Gift certificates cannot be purchased or redeemed outside of Canada. Promotions and other special offers do not apply to gift certificate purchases. Bangili Nzuri will not replace lost or stolen gift certificates.

If the amount of your online gift certificate(s) does not cover the total order amount, you must pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid payment method. If the amount of your online gift certificate(s) is for more than the total order amount, the remaining balance will be credited to your Bangili Nzuri online account for your next purchase using the same gift certificate code.
