SHIPPING POLICY
We use Canada Post to securely and reliably ship our products worldwide. When ordering, please select the shipping method you prefer (e.g. Standard, Expedited, Xpresspost). Please take note whether you would like your shipment tracked or not tracked.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be processed within 2-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. If tracking is included in the shipping method, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.
SHIPPING COSTS
Applicable shipping costs will be applied at checkout based upon the weight, package size, destination, and value of the shipment. Shipping and handling is not included in product prices and will be added onto the subtotal price. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes they may incur.
Orders under $100.00 CAD shipped within Canada via Standard Mail (without tracking) will be charged a $5.00 Flat Rate for shipping!
